Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 3rd of August, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all training courses, workshops, and related services (“Services”) provided by Josh5 Ltd Training Solutions UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) to individual learners and organisations (“you”, “your”).

By booking a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

  • Full course descriptions, learning outcomes, and fees are available on our website or course materials.
  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to course content, delivery methods, and trainers to ensure quality and relevance.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or a valid purchase order is received.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments must be made in GBP via approved methods (bank transfer, card payment, or other agreed method).

Cancellations & Refunds

By You:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before course start: full refund or credit.
  • Cancellation between 7–14 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before course: no refund.
  • If you fail to attend without notice, no refund will be given.

By Us:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrolment, trainer illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to a future date.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute attendee at no extra cost, provided we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Learner Responsibilities

  • Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
  • Participate actively in learning activities.
  • Comply with any venue or online platform rules.
  • Treat trainers, staff, and other learners with respect.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information for certificates.

Certificates

Certificates will only be issued once:

  • The course is completed in full.
  • All required assessments are passed (if applicable).
  • Any outstanding fees are paid.

Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, slides, workbooks, and content are the intellectual property of Josh5 Ltd Training Solutions UK or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, share, or reproduce these materials without our written permission.
  • Materials are provided for personal and professional development only and may not be resold.

Liability

  • We will deliver our Services with reasonable skill and care.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total fee paid for that Service.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of earnings or opportunities, arising from course attendance or non-attendance.

Health, Safety & Accessibility

  • You must inform us in advance of any health, learning, or accessibility requirements so reasonable adjustments can be made.
  • We comply with all applicable health and safety laws.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or IT failures.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
